Inventors include Dr. Usama Uddin; and Rabindra Pradhan.

Abstract: An electric pole installation device, comprises of a cuboidal body 101 configured with multiple motorized wheels 102 to move the body 101 over a ground surface, an imaging unit 104 installed on the body 101 for capturing multiple images of surrounding of the body 101, a touch interactive display panel 105 arranged on the body 101 for displaying the captured images, a L-shaped structure 106 configured with front portion of the body 101 to extend/ retract for facilitating proper accommodation of the pole over the structure 106, a pair of robotic arms 107 configured on the body 101 for gripping side portion of the pole and position the pole over a plate 109 configured over the structure 106, and a pair of motorized sliders 110 configured in between the structure 106 and plate 109 to translate the plate 109 along the slider for shifting the pole towards the body 101.
