The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: An anti-contamination one-way elastomeric slit-valve dispensing assembly (10) for liquid reservoirs is disclosed. The assembly (10) comprises a rigid housing (12) bounding an internal cavity (42) with tapered micro-channels (44) terminating in an internal baffle system (22). A flexible valve tip (18) having a convex hemispherical geometry (20) and a graduated wall thickness (28) is molecularly bonded to a distal dispensing end (16) of the housing (12) via a bi-injection over-molding process. Intersecting precision-cut slits (24) are disposed at the apex (26) of the valve tip (18) and are kept pre-stressed hermetically closed by lateral dome tension. The internal baffle system (22) comprises a central flow aperture (34) and radial support ribs (36). Under negative pressure conditions, the radial support ribs (36) act as a physical stop against the lower surface of the valve tip (18), preventing inward inversion of the slits (24) and blocking the backflow of contaminants.
