Abstract: An effervescent herbal tablet formulation provides simultaneous cognitive enhancement, relaxation, and antioxidant support through a synergistic mixture of standardized botanical ingredients. The solid dosage form comprises 150 mg of Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) extract powder, 100 mg of Clitoria ternatea (Butterfly Pea) powder, 150 mg of Moringa oleifera (Moringa) leaf powder, 100 mg of Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) powder, 50 mg of Mentha spp. (Mint) extract powder, and 20 mg of Crocus sativus (Saffron) strands powder. The active ingredients are structurally bound within an acacia gum matrix and integrated with a pre-treated citric acid and sodium bicarbonate effervescent couple. Scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis confirm a highly pure, amorphous, and heterogeneous microstructure containing a loosely stacked, micro-porous network. This specific morphology maximizes the surface area and accelerates liquid diffusion, causing the tablet to rapidly disperse and dissolve within an average of 30 seconds upon water contact, thereby enhancing the bioavailability and therapeutic absorption of the active plant compounds.
