Abstract: ABSTRACT Healthcare environments involve individuals with varymg cognitive conditions, including patients, caregivers and medical professionals. Early detection of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease is essential for effective treatment and management, yet conventional diagnostic methods are often expensive, time-consuming and not suitable for continuous monitoring. Electroencephalography (EEG) provides a non-invasive method to record brain activity, where the P300 event-related potential retlects attention and cognitive processing. In this project, a P300-based EEG system is proposed for early detection of Alzheimer's disease. The system uses auditory and visual oddball stimuli to evoke P300 responses, and EEG signals are acquired using electrodes placed at standard positions. The acquired signals are amplified, filtered, and converted into digital form for further analysis. Important features such as P300 amplitude and latency are extracted and used for classification. A deep learning model combining CNN and BiLSTM with ensemble learning is implemented to accurately classify subjects as Healthy or Alzheimer's. The predicted output is displayed through the system for analysis. This system provides a cost-effective, non-invasive solution for real-time cognitive assessment and supports early diagnosis in. clinical and research environments.
