Abstract: An edible oil purity and composition analysis device, comprising a compartmentalized enclosure 101 to facilitate purity analysis and composition analysis of oil samples, separate intake ports 104 configured to receive manually introduced oil samples, flexible medical-grade silicone tubes 105 to guide the samples for analysis, analytical LOC (lab on a chip) 106 have a network of channels 107 to perform reaction-based testing using integrated catalysts and reagents, optical sensors 111 to monitor and capture reaction changes, an AI module to analyze reaction data and determine oil quality parameters, UV LED array 112 to neutralize pathogens and prevent biofilm formation, a neutralizing agent storage cartridge 113 to store cleaning agents, and pumps to flush residue samples after analysis, a user interface linked with the microcontroller to provide remote monitoring and control of operations.
