Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are an edge-trimming and punching method for a hot-formed part and an edge-trimming and punching die. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing hot stamping, first quenching, and heat preservation on a workpiece in a hot stamping die; S2, when the temperature is cooled to a preset temperature, taking out the workpiece and moving same into an edge-trimming and punching die; S3, determining the positions to be edge-trimmed and punched, and heating said positions; S4, when a set condition is met, performing edge-trimming and punching on the workpiece; and S5, performing second quenching on the workpiece. In the present invention, a hot-stamped part can be quickly punched and edge-trimmed. Furthermore, by precisely controlling the cooling rate of the workpiece during machining, the temperature at each part of the workpiece can be cooled in a controllable manner, which is conducive to preventing deformation or cracking, and ensuring the performance of a critical position of the workpiece.
