Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an Edge-AI enabled clamp-on monitoring system for industrial fluid dynamics, pipeline safety, and renewable energy stabilization. The system includes a non-invasive clamp-on sensing assembly externally mountable on industrial pipelines without operational shutdown. MEMS-based vibration sensors capture fluid flow signatures which are processed locally using an edge artificial intelligence controller configured to detect anomalies, leakage conditions, and abnormal operating states. The invention further incorporates a software-defined renewable energy stabilization subsystem configured to monitor voltage, current, turbine speed, and battery State-of-Charge in hybrid renewable energy systems. Upon detecting excess power generation, the controller dynamically diverts surplus energy toward auxiliary loads including pumps, ventilation systems, or heating elements, thereby preventing battery overcharging while enabling useful energy utilization. Structural health monitoring using load cells and gas detection using gas sensors further enhance operational safety. The system supports wireless mesh communication and cloud-based remote monitoring for Industry 4.0 industrial environments.
