Abstract: EcoXchange Al-powered system is aimed at providing a secure resource sharing environment among college and office communities that have been verified. This means that students and professionals can access this platform in order to sell, lease, and browse resources, including but not limited to books, laptops, bicycles, accessories, equipment, and other relevant items that may be helpful for the community members. Users need to sign into their email accounts in order to. use their credentials with one-time password validation. The platform offers fair price estimation for all items in accordance with their category, condition, demand, and rental type via the use of rule-based logic and machine learning algorithms. Other features of the project include product listing management, rental request validation, product-related chats, notification options, ability to save products, report generation, rating systems, and rental history tracking. Thanks to its user-friendly interfaces for Android and web applications, this project improves pricing policies, eliminates fake users, and ensures secure communication channels among users. The platform was created using Kotlin, Django, Nodejs, and MySQL programming languages.
