An ECONOTECH mapping engine (106) maps the indicators onto Economic (202), Technology (204) and Behavioural (206) layers, from which a growth 10 readiness assessment engine (108) computes a Dynamic Growth Readiness Index (DGRI) and classifies the enterprise accordingly. A sustainability assessment engine (110), a constraint identification engine (112), a government scheme intelligence module (114) and a predictive scenario simulation engine (116) respectively compute a sustainability score, rank growth constraints, match eligible government schemes with estimated benefit, and simulate 15 alternative business scenarios.
