Abstract: ABSTRACT The-increasing-demand-for-biodegradable,-eco-friendly-products-has-created-opportunities-----for innovative approaches to sustainability preservation. One such inventive way is to make a biodegradable yoga mat out of water hyacinth. Echornia, also referred to as water hyacinth, is a kind of water weed that is primarily found in water bodies like rivers and lakes. It disturbs life by making fishing and boating more challenging, and it also reduces the water's oxygen content, which affects aquatic life. As an alternative to synthetic ones, the concept suggests a process for turning these water weeds into sustainable yoga mats. This initiative offers an environmentally responsible substitute for synthetic products by showcasing a sustainable method of using water weeds to make yoga mats. The drying process in the eco-friendly yoga mats that are now on the market happens organically, which takes longer. Therefore, the suggested concept attempts to incorporate minor technological interventions, such as the use of solar dryers for drying and reasonably priced rolling mills for stripping before distributing to the workers for weaving. This project promotes the circular economy and environmental preservation by turning waste Q) materials into valuable products.
