Abstract: AirOptAI is an AI-Driven Intelligent Compressed Air Optimization and Predictive Maintenance System designed for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). It integrates pressure, airflow, current, temperature, vibration, and ultrasonic sensors with an edge loT device to monitor compressors, air tanks, pipelines, and pneumatic loads. Sensor data is transmitted to a cloud platform and stored as real-time and historical records. An artificial intelligence or machine learning engine analyzes this data to detect compressed-air leaks, identify abnormal energy consumption, calculate compressor health scores, and estimate failure risks. Using historical and real-time patterns, it learns normal operating behaviour and recommends corrective maintenance actions. A financial analysis module estimates energy losses, monetary costs, repair expenses, payback periods, and annual savings. A dashboard displays system status, alerts, and maintenance recommendations. Designed for retrofit installation, AirOptAI helps MSMEs reduce energy wastage, minimize unplanned downtime, improve maintenance efficiency, and support sustainable, data- driven industrial operations.
