Abstract: The present invention discloses an Eccentric Assist Neuro Biofeedback Glove, an advanced wearable physiotherapeutic neurorehabilitation platform engineered for restoration of upper extremity sensorimotor function in individuals affected by stroke, hemiparesis, spasticity, and neurological motor dysfunction. The device comprises an anatomically conformable forearm gauntlet integrating a targeted dorsal sensory facilitation matrix with strategically positioned tactile stimulation elements aligned along extensor musculotendinous pathways. The invention delivers continuous cutaneous mechanoreceptive, proprioceptive, and afferent sensory augmentation to enhance neuromuscular excitability, optimize motor unit recruitment, improve corticospinal engagement, attenuate pathological flexor synergy, and facilitate voluntary wrist and hand extension. The system further incorporates adaptive neuro-biofeedback mechanisms utilizing physiological and biomechanical sensing for real-time therapeutic modulation. By integrating principles of neuroplasticity, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, sensory integration therapy, motor relearning, and adaptive rehabilitation, the invention provides a non-invasive, patient-specific solution for advanced neurological physiotherapy and functional upper limb recovery.
