Abstract: An eatable thorn removal device comprises of a rectangular base 101 having four telescopic rods 102 with motorized omnidirectional wheels 103 at the ends for locomotion, a L-shaped telescopic links 104 having clamps 105 for gripping an eatable with thorns, an L-shaped telescopic bar 106 with a blade 107 to cut into the eatable for removal of thorns, an imaging unit 109 for recording and processing images, an ultrasonic sensor used to determine dimensions of the eatable and location of thorns on the eatable to trigger a microcontroller to operate clamps 105 to grip the eatable, and the second ball and socket joint position the blade 107 adjacent to the thorn, the pusher 108 is initiated to push the blade 107 to cut the thorn, a water tank 110 with a nozzle 111 provided on the tank 110 sprays water onto the eatable to wash the eatable.
