Abstract: Earthquake-Responsive Stabilized Dialysis System and Safety Control Method ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an earthquake-responsive stabilized dialysis system for protecting a dialysis machine (18) and associated patient-connected blood and dialysate circuits during seismic disturbances. The system comprises a seismic isolation platform (25) having a top plate (21), base isolators (22), viscous dampers (23) and an anti-tip frame (24), supporting a dialysis machine body (20). An accelerometer sensor (11), tilt/gyroscope sensor (12) and power status monitor (13) provide operating information to a control and decision unit (10). The control and decision unit (10) classifies seismic activity into predefined severity tiers and selectively controls a pump control interface (14), tubing stabilization holders/locks (16), automatic clamp actuator unit (15), alarm/medical staff notification unit (17) and rechargeable battery backup unit (19). During severe seismic activity, blood and dialysate lines are automatically clamped and the dialysis pump is stopped. The invention thereby combines mechanical seismic isolation with automated, severity- dependent dialysis safety control. Figure-1
