Abstract: EARLY UPLINK SYNCHRONIZATION Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose devices, methods and apparatuses for the early uplink (UL) synchronization. In the embodiments, a terminal device receives, from a source cell, configuration information that indicates a rule of determining one or more parameters for a second cell from a message triggering a UL synchronization with a first cell and a second cell.
