MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617058847 A) filed by Innomotics Gmbh on May 08, 2026, for Dynamoelectric Machine Having A Partial-Discharge-Sensitive Insulating Material.
Inventors include Katzenberger, Tobias; and Plochmann, Bastian.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to a stator (8) and/or rotor (9) of a dynamoelectric machine (1), having a winding system (13), in particular a multi-phase winding system, arranged in grooves (16) of an electromagnetically conductive body (10) and forming winding heads (7) on the end faces of the respective electromagnetically conductive body (10), wherein in the grooves (16) and/or in the winding head (7) an insulating material is provided at least in some portions, wherein the insulating material has a conductor track carrier (27) which in predefinable portions provides a composite material (28) with a frequency-dependent resistance behaviour in order to enable the detection of a voltage overload, in particular partial discharges in the winding system, above all in the groove and/or winding head region.
