Abstract: A dynamo pulley fan installation device, comprises of platform 101 attached with multiple motorized wheels 102, for maneuvering the platform 101 over a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 104 installed on the platform 101 to provide input commands regarding installation of the pulley fan on the dynamo’s shaft, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 assembled on the platform 101 to determine dimensions of the dynamo, a pair of motorized clamps 106 arranged on lateral inner sides of the slot to acquire a grip of the dynamo, a telescopically operated rod 107 installed on the platform 101 for extending to move multiple bristles 108 attached on ends of the rod 107, over the deposited dust, and a robotic arm 110 mounted on the platform 101 to grab a suitable sized pulley fan from the chamber 109 and engaging on the cleaned shaft.
