Abstract: Dynamically modifying digital marketing communications based on consumer decision-fatigue using cooperative AI agents ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based system and method for dynamically modifying digital marketing communications according to consumer decision-fatigue. A cooperative framework of artificial intelligence agents monitors consumer interaction parameters including browsing duration, product views, search repetitions, scrolling behaviour, cart modifications, response latency, and offer dismissals and notification interactions. A decision-fatigue assessment agent determines a fatigue state using machine-learning techniques, while a marketing adaptation agent dynamically adjusts notification frequency, communication timing, recommendation quantity, promotional intensity, countdown displays, scarcity messages and content complexity. A feedback agent evaluates subsequent consumer responses and updates communication policies. The invention enables e-commerce, food-delivery and quick-commerce platforms to adapt marketing pressure according to temporary consumer cognitive conditions, thereby reducing excessive promotional communication while maintaining relevant and personalised interactions.
