Abstract: The present invention discloses a dynamic tilting and self-stabilizing system (100) for a three-wheeled vehicle (104), integrating a pivot joint assembly (102) with a passive self-balancing mechanism (114). The pivot joint assembly (102) connects a front body and a rear body (132) via a pivot housing (106) and a rotatable pivot shaft (108) supported by bearings (110), allowing controlled tilting. A pivot stopper (112) restricts the tilt angle, preferably within a range of 10 to 30 degrees. The passive self-balancing mechanism (114) comprises a torsion spring (116) disposed coaxially on the pivot shaft (108), a torsion lever (118) configured to rotate the spring during tilting, and a rear body pin (120) that engages the spring to generate a restoring force. This purely mechanical system biases the vehicle toward an upright position post-cornering and ensures stationary stability without electronic sensors or actuators.
