Abstract: The exponential growth of digital communication platforms has resulted in the generation of massive volumes of unstructured textual data through text messages, social media interactions, instant messaging applications, and electronic mail correspondence. While such data is valuable for applications in text mining, natural language processing (NLP), and information retrieval, it simultaneously introduces significant challenges related to data privacy, security, and unauthorized access. In social networking environments, analysis of user interactions and community detection techniques can unintentionally expose sensitive personal relationships, enabling malicious users to infer user interests, social associations, and even impersonate legitimate users. Therefore, ensuring secure and privacy-preserving data sharing has become a critical requirement in modern distributed communication systems. This research proposes a dynamic secret sharing scheme using RSA-based blockchain encryption to safeguard sensitive textual information while maintaining secure and authenticated data exchange. The proposed framework integrates text data preprocessing, public key cryptography, and blockchain technology to provide a comprehensive security solution. Initially, raw textual data collected from multiple sources, including text messages, WhatsApp chats, and email correspondence, undergoes preprocessing operations such as tokenization, stop-word removal, and stemming. These preprocessing techniques standardize the data, reduce redundancy, and improve efficiency for subsequent encryption and storage processes. The core security mechanism of the proposed system is the Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA) public key cryptosystem, which ensures strong confidentiality and secure key exchange based on the computational complexity of large prime factorization and resistance to brute-force attacks. To further enhance privacy protection, a dynamic secret sharing mechanism is employed, wherein the RSA-encrypted data is divided into multiple cryptographic shares. These shares are dynamically distributed among authorized participants, ensuring that the original data can only be reconstructed when predefined access conditions are satisfied, thereby preventing single-point data exposure. Blockchain technology is incorporated as a decentralized and immutable storage medium for encrypted data shares and transaction records. The blockchain ledger guarantees data integrity, transparency, and tamper resistance, while eliminating the need for centralized key management. Additionally, RSA-based authentication mechanisms verify user identities before granting access to data shares, effectively mitigating identity impersonation and unauthorized data retrieval. Compared to existing systems that integrate symmetric encryption techniques such as AES and DES with blockchain architectures, the proposed RSA-based blockchain encryption framework offers enhanced security, improved scalability, and stronger privacy preservation. The system effectively prevents inference attacks targeting user interaction patterns and social relationships, thereby protecting sensitive personal information in social network environments. Overall, the proposed approach provides a robust, scalable, and privacy-aware solution for secure text data sharing in decentralized communication platforms. The integration of dynamic secret sharing, RSA cryptography and blockchain technology represents a significant advancement in protecting user data against evolving security threats in the digital age.
