MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611101869 A) filed by Shree Tank on August 24, 2026, for Dynamic Scapular Stabilization Orthosis System With Adaptive Biomechanical Support.
Inventor includes Shree Tank.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: [059] A wearable scapular stabilization orthosis system (100) is disclosed for providing dynamic biomechanical support to a scapular region while permitting functional shoulder movement. The system comprises a body anchoring assembly (110), a scapular engagement assembly (120), and at least one dynamic force transmission assembly (130) mechanically coupled therebetween. Relative movement of the scapular engagement assembly with respect to the body anchoring assembly produces displacement of a force transmission member (131), thereby generating a variable restoring force transmitted to the scapular region. At least one force-routing member (140) may redirect the restoring force along a selected biomechanical force direction. The system may include independently adjustable force transmission members, tension adjustment arrangements (150), anti-migration regions (113), and a movement-limiting member (160). The arrangement dynamically varies biomechanical support according to movement while distributing corrective forces over a selected scapular region and maintaining functional mobility of the shoulder complex.
