MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611100164 A) filed by Upes on August 19, 2026, for Dynamic Real-Time Mobility System For Intracity Transit And Method Thereof.

Inventors include Dr. Nadeem Yousuf Khanday; Sanidhya Sarthak; and Mayank Singh Chouhan.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dynamic real-time mobility system (100) and method (200) for intracity transit. A commuter interface module (102) receives a route request comprising an origin location and a destination location. An unorganized transit module (104) receives successive time-stamped location data associated with unorganized transit vehicles, while an organized transit module (106) receives predefined route trajectory data associated with organized transit vehicles. A centralized routing engine (108) determines predictive route trajectory data for the unorganized transit vehicles and generates and dynamically updates a transit graph representing the unorganized and organized transit vehicles. Candidate vehicles are identified in real time within a geographic area associated with the route request, and one or more intracity route options are determined using the transit graph. The system (100) may further predict available seating capacity, implement machine-learning models, determine corresponding fares, and transmit the route options and fares for display. FIG. 1
