Abstract: Abstract Dynamic Extraction Efficiency and Motor Health Monitoring System for Juicers The present invention discloses a Dynamic Extraction Efficiency and Motor Health Monitoring System for Juicers configured to evaluate extraction performance and motor condition in real time. The system comprises a rotational speed sensor, current sensor, temperature sensor, processing unit, display module, alert unit, and wireless communication interface. Operational parameters including motor speed, current consumption, temperature, and extraction duration are continuously acquired and processed to generate a Dynamic Extraction Efficiency Index (DEEI) and a Motor Health Index (MHI). The DEEI evaluates extraction effectiveness, while the MHI assesses motor condition and degradation characteristics. The system employs multi-parameter sensor fusion to classify operating conditions into healthy, warning, and critical states and generates alerts upon detection of abnormal conditions. Operational data and performance indices are transmitted to a remote IoT platform for visualization, trend analysis, and predictive maintenance. The invention improves extraction efficiency, energy utilization and service life of juicing systems.
