Abstract: The present invention relates to a dual-phase hydroalcoholic herbal roll-on formulation for migraine relief. The formulation comprises an oil phase containing jojoba oil, calendula oil, peppermint oil, lavender oil, and frankincense oil, and a hydroalcoholic phase comprising aloe vera gel, propylene glycol, ethanol, and polysorbate 20. A critical concentration range of propylene glycol, ethanol, and polysorbate 20 forms a permeation-enhancing stabilization system that maintains a stable micro- dispersed dual-phase architecture. The formulation provides enhanced dermal delivery of active constituents, rapid cooling sensation, reduced greasiness, prolonged stability, and sustained therapeutic activity for management of migraine and related headache disorders.
