The system comprises an Identification Module (100) including a Quick Response (QR) Code (101), a unique Serial Number (102), and a Toll-Free Communication Number (103) associated with a registered user and linked to a Centralized Server Module (400) and an associated software platform. The Centralized Server Module (400) securely stores user identification data and pre-registered emergency contact information, enabling controlled and secure access to emergency communication services. In emergency situations, a rescuer, finder, or authorized third party may scan the QR Code (101) or enter the Serial Number (102) through a Scanning Module (200) using a mobile device or compatible scanning interface. The invention operates in dual activation modes, including rescuer-initiated activation and user self-initiated activation.
