MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621081309 A) filed by Modi Dikshitt Mahendrakumar on July 01, 2026, for Dual-Layer Blockchain Trust Verification Infrastructure Enabling Privacy-Preserving Hash-Space Separation.
Inventor includes Modi Dikshitt Mahendrakumar.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a trust verification system (100) comprising a private validation layer (110) with validator nodes (112a, 112b, 112c) executing a Byzantine fault tolerant consensus protocol storing original cryptographic hash values with identity bindings, a public discovery layer (120) storing derived reference values computed by applying a keyed-hash message authentication code transformation using a server-held secret key (K 222) such that the derived values are non-reversible and the same hash is not stored on both layers, a verification orchestrator (130) configured to receive a trust-bearing record (200), compute a cryptographic hash in memory, derive a reference value, query the public discovery layer (120), and upon positive lookup validate against the private validation layer (110), and a tamper-resistant event ledger (160) recording verification transactions.
