The warming layer incorporates infrared-active additives and the cooling layer contains thermally conductive materials that efficiently dissipate heat away from the skin. These functional additives are permanently integrated into synthetic fibers during manufacturing and the specialized fabrics are bonded together with an adhesive layer. The present invention offers significant advantages includes high air permeability, biocompatibility, wash durability, and recyclability.
