Abstract: Disclosed is a tray apparatus for application of fluoride material and recording of dental impression material during a pediatric dental procedure. The tray apparatus comprises a tray body defining a dental-arch receiving channel for placement within an oral cavity of a pediatric patient, a handle portion joined to said tray body, and an oral-contact border formed along said tray body. A reservoir arrangement is formed in said tray body for retaining fluoride material within said dental-arch receiving channel during a fluoride application stage. A retention opening arrangement is formed through said tray body and disposed in communication with said dental-arch receiving channel for retaining dental impression material during an impression recording stage. A sterilizable material structure forms the tray components so that the same tray body receives fluoride material and dental impression material during respective stages of the pediatric dental procedure.
