The top cap unit (2) includes a top oil cap (21) defining an air discharge hole (211). The main body unit (3) includes an inner tube (31) connected to the top and bottom oil caps (21, 11), an outer tube (32) surrounding the inner tube (31) and cooperating therewith to define an oil barrel chamber (321) therebetween, and a pull rod (33) extending through the inner tube (31) and cooperating therewith to define an oil cup chamber (311) therebetween.
