Abstract: The present invention relates to a dual-axis cantilever characterization system (100) for controlled fluid immersion and resonance analysis. The dual-axis cantilever characterization system (100) comprises a base assembly (19), a vertical support structure including a vertical column (2), a horizontal positioning assembly comprising cylindrical rods (16), a cylindrical rod holder (17), and a horizontal scale (3), a cantilever holder comprising an upper holder section (13), a lower holder section (14), and a fastening member (15), a vertical positioning assembly comprising a lead screw (7), bearings (6), and a lead screw nut (18), an actuation assembly comprising a handle (8), a transmission assembly comprising a pulley (9) and a belt drive (10), and an angular displacement measurement assembly comprising a protractor (11) and a pointer (12). Rotation of handle (8) causes controlled vertical displacement of the cantilever holder, while the horizontal positioning assembly enables precise lateral alignment.
