Abstract: The present invention relates to a Driver Authentication and Traffic Violation Monitoring System using a SIM-RFID integrated framework for enhancing road safety, preventing unauthorized vehicle operation, and automating traffic law enforcement. The system comprises a SIM-RFID enabled smart driving license, vehicle authentication unit, biometric verification module, ignition control subsystem, intelligent roadside traffic monitoring infrastructure, communication network, and centralized cloud-based management platform. The system authenticates a driver through multi-factor verification including license validation, age verification, SIM- based identity authentication, and biometric fingerprint matching prior to permitting vehicle ignition. Upon successful authentication, the vehicle is authorized for operation, while unauthorized or underage access attempts result in ignition denial and automated alert generation.
