Abstract: A drinking glass holding device, comprising a rectangular plate 101 with hinges 102 having suction cups 201 for conforming to a shape and size of a drinking glass 301, a laser sensor for detecting diameter of glass 301, a pair of sliding units 103 an outer lateral surface of plate 101 with a motorized roller 104 with spool of a strap 105 for enabling a strapping of plate 101 onto a user’s hand, an L-shaped telescopic arm 106 attached on plate 101 by a ball and socket joint 107 having a circular flap 108 at the end for covering an open end of glass 301 for preventing a spilling of liquid from glass 301, an imaging unit 109 to determine a spilling liquid in glass 301 and a microphone 110 on plate 101 for receiving an audio command from user regarding covering of glass 301.
