Abstract: A drawer (1) comprises a front panel (2), a back wall (3) and two side walls (4) between the front panel (2) and back wall (3) on which a base (5) is held, wherein at least one side wall (4) has an inner wall (40) and an outer wall (41) which each protrude downwards beyond the base (5), wherein in a rearward region of the drawer (1) a part of the inner wall (40) extends downwards beyond the outer wall (41) when the base (5) is horizontally oriented and a rear part at the end of the inner wall (40) has a rounded support contour (43, 43', 43''), wherein the rounded support contour (43, 43', 43'') forms a portion which extends at least about an axis (A), wherein the axis (A) is substantially perpendicular to a drawer inner face of the inner wall (40). As a result, damage to a support face when the drawer (1) is set down can be avoided.
