Abstract: Disclosed herein is a drain tray (120) for an indoor unit (100) of an air-conditioner. The drain tray (120) includes a body (122) adapted to be disposed below heat exchanger coils (106). The body (122) includes a base member (124), a first wall (126) and a second wall (128). The first wall (126) inclinedly protrudes from the base member (124). The first wall (126) has a first surface (134A) adapted to face a bottom portion of the heat exchanger coils (106) and adapted to receive condensate from the heat exchanger coils (106). The second wall (128) protrudes from the base member (124) and is positioned behind a second surface (134B) of the first wall (126). Further, the second wall (128) is adapted to define an air gap relative to the first wall (126), and the air gap is adapted to prevent splashing of the condensate over the second wall (128).
