Abstract: A dough shaping device comprises of a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 to provide input command for cutting dough circles including diameter and thickness, a speaker 103 to notify user to place dough in a chamber 104, a pair of robotic grippers 105 to grip dough carefully and align in between a pair of motorized calendar rollers 106 by means of a pair of vertical frame 107 to realign partially flattened dough between roller for user-specified thickness of dough, an imaging unit 108 to detect alignment of dough between rollers 106, a pair of motorized sliders 109 to provide movement to roller towards/away from each other, a robotic link 110 to position a circular cutter 111 on flatten dough, an expandable pulley arrangement 112 to press cutter 111 firmly into flatten dough for creating dough circles.
