The system comprises a base trolley (1) supported by. castor wheels (2) for mobility, and an extensible frame (3) with locking clamps (4) for adjustable height positioning. A turn 10 table (5) mounted over the extensible frame (3) supports an air cooler placing bed (6), enabling rotational movement for easy cleaning. The system further includes a gear box (7) integrated with a rack and pinion (8) operated through a drive handle (9) to provide controlled tilting of the air cooler about a tilting axle (10). This arrangement enables complete drainage of water, including stagnant residue, without manual lifting. 15 The invention reduces physical effort, improves safety, and enhances maintenance efficiency, providing a practical and user-friendly solution for domestic air cooler handling.
