Abstract: ABSTRACT DOMAIN-SPECIFIC PREDICTIVE TYPING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE USER MANUALS A domain-specific predictive typing system (100) for electrical appliance user manuals is disclosed. The system comprises a data collection and preprocessing module (110) for extracting and cleaning text from user manuals, a recurrent neural network prediction module (120) with trainable domain-specific embeddings and selectable RNN, LSTM, GRU, and Bi-LSTM architectures for word-level prediction, a large language model prediction module (130) employing prompt engineering for domain-adapted inference, a model training and evaluation module (140), a real-time user interface module (150) providing inline predictive suggestions in a web-based writing environment, and a model selection and configuration module (160) for switching between prediction approaches. The system preserves domain-specific vocabulary and employs parallel prediction pathways to assist technical writers. [
