Abstract: In various embodiments, a circuit is provided. The circuit may include a driver amplification circuit, a phase offset circuit, a balun circuit, a carrier amplifier circuit, and a peaking amplifier circuit. The phase offset circuit may include a first line coupled to the driver amplification circuit and configured to provide a first single-end signal having a first phase delay. The phase offset circuit may include a second line coupled to the driver amplification circuit and configured to provide a second single-end signal having a second phase delay different from the first phase delay of the first single-end signal provided by the first line. The balun circuit may include a first balun circuit connected between the first line and the carrier amplifier circuit and a second balun circuit connected between the second line and the peaking amplifier circuit.
