Abstract: A document verification assistive device comprising a housing 101 designed to be positioned on a ground surface, with a plurality of suction cups 102 underneath for securing it, a motorized sliding gate 103 on the front portion, and a biometric scanner for fingerprint authentication, enabling the microcontroller to compare user’s fingerprint with pre-fed data, and if matched, actuates sliding gate 103 upwards for placing a document on the platform, a touch interactive display panel 104 for user input commands to verify document and signatures, an imaging unit 105 synced with an OCR sensor for scanning and extracting key information from document, and an infrared lamp 106 for emitting infrared light onto signatures to detect ink variations, with the microcontroller comparing the signature with stored data to determine its authenticity, and notify user regarding signature status, ensuring secure document verification.
