MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641100907 A) filed by Jain Deemed-To-Be University on August 20, 2026, for Distributed Predictive Hazard Prevention And Autonomous Clinical Safety Orchestration System For Hospitals.
Inventor includes Dr. Muralidhar L B.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: A distributed predictive hazard prevention and autonomous clinical safety orchestration system for hospitals comprises a sensor network 101 disposed across multiple zones of a healthcare facility to generate real-time signals representative of environmental, biological, infrastructural, utility, and operational conditions within the healthcare facility, a plurality of distributed processing nodes 102 to process sensor signals and generate zone-specific hazard indicators, a hazard modeling engine 103 to construct and update probabilistic multi-domain hazard propagation pathways between hospital entities including airflow systems, oxygen pipelines, electrical networks, occupancy clusters, and clinical zones, a predictive control engine 104 to compute hazard escalation probabilities and forecast likelihood of hazard escalation, propagation, an automated mitigation control unit 105 configured to isolate, suppress, redirect, contain, or otherwise mitigate predicted hazards, and a continuity management module 106 configured to adaptively reallocate resources, modify operational pathways, or reorganize facility workflows to maintain clinical and infrastructural functionality during hazard conditions.
