MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611048967 A) filed by Ashish Agarwal on April 17, 2026, for Distributed Computing System And Method For Automated Credit Risk Assessment And Decision Generation.

Inventor includes Ashish Agarwal.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A system (106) and method for automated credit risk assessment and decision generation is disclosed. The method includes processing one or more policy documents comprising unstructured or semi-structured textual content, extracting policy conditions, constraints, and decision parameters, and converting the extracted information into machine-executable rules. The method further includes obtaining applicant-specific data from a plurality of heterogeneous data sources and normalizing the data into a unified representation. The aggregated data is evaluated to generate risk indicators, including a credit score and a probability of default based on financial performance indicators and behavioral signals. The method further includes applying the machine-executable rules to the aggregated data and the risk indicators to determine a credit decision comprising one or more decision parameters. The credit decision is evaluated against regulatory requirements and rules, and modified, rejected, or confirmed, followed by generating human-readable explanations associated with the credit decision.
