Abstract: Precise placement of Biodentin and other bioceramic cements remains challenging due to the limitations of existing reusable carriers, including difficult loading, risk of cross-contamination, material wastage, and restricted access in deep operative sites. The present invention discloses a Disposable Precision Biodentin Delivery Syringe with a Curved Applicator Tip, designed as a sterile, single-use delivery system for controlled placement of bioactive dental cements. The device comprises a disposable medical-grade syringe barrel, an ergonomic plunger with finger rests, a barrel-locking mechanism, and a narrow curved nozzle for accurate material delivery in deep cavities, furcation perforations, apical regions, and other confined areas. The syringe may be chairside filled with freshly mixed Biodentin or similar bioceramic materials and enables controlled extrusion while minimizing contamination and material loss. Its lightweight, pediatric-friendly design eliminates the need for sterilization and improves operator convenience, offering a simple, cost-effective alternative to conventional metal carriers and existing delivery systems.
