Abstract: Provided in the present disclosure is a display substrate. The display substrate comprises a base and a transistor located on one side of the base, the transistor comprising a gate electrode, an active layer, and a first insulating layer, which is located on the side of the active layer that faces away from the base, and covers the active layer, wherein the first insulating layer comprises a first insulating sub-layer close to the active layer and a second insulating sub-layer away from the active layer, and the oxygen content of the second insulating sub-layer is higher than the oxygen content of the first insulating sub-layer.
