Abstract: Provided are a display substrate and a display device. In the display substrate, at a viewing angle A and a viewing angle B, the brightness of a first sub-pixel and the brightness of a second sub-pixel meet the following relational expression: (YRLA+YRLB)*|B-A|/2-(YGLA+YGLB)*|B-A|/2=S0, wherein YRLA and YGLA are respectively the brightness of the first sub-pixel and the brightness of the second sub-pixel at the viewing angle A, and YRLB and YGLB are respectively the brightness of the first sub-pixel and the brightness of the second sub-pixel at the viewing angle B; and the viewing angle A and the viewing angle B are both negative or positive viewing angles, 0|A||B|45°, |B-A|=15°, and S0=1.60, so as to reduce the brightness difference of the sub-pixels that emit light of different colors, reducing or avoiding color cast, thereby improving the display effect.
