Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel comprises a base substrate and at least one gate driving circuit provided on the base substrate; the gate driving circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded shift registers; each shift register comprises a transistor structure; the display panel further comprises a first voltage signal input end and a first conductive light-shielding layer; the first voltage signal input end is used for independently inputting a first voltage signal; the first conductive light-shielding layer is coupled to the first voltage signal input end; and the orthographic projection of the first conductive light-shielding layer on the base substrate overlaps the orthographic projection of an active layer of at least part of the transistor structure in the shift register on the base substrate.
