Abstract: This display device comprises: a first conductive layer including a first uppermost layer and lower layers; a first insulating layer covering the first conductive layer; a gate insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer; a second conductive layer which is disposed on the gate insulating layer and which includes a second uppermost layer and lower layers; a second insulating layer covering the second conductive layer; and a third conductive layer disposed on the second insulating layer, and connected to each of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer through a first contact hole defined to pass through the first and second insulating layers so as to expose a portion of the first uppermost layer and a second contact hole defined to pass through the second insulating layer so as to expose a portion of the second uppermost layer. The third conductive layer is in contact with the portions of the first and second uppermost layers exposed by the first and second contact holes.
