Abstract: A display device, a laser device for manufacturing the display device, a method for manufacturing the display device by using the laser device, and an electronic device comprising the display device are provided. A plurality of side surfaces of a glass substrate of the display device according to one embodiment include a first side surface and a second side surface. The radius of curvature measured at the center of the first side surface, the upper end of the first side surface, and the upper center between the center and the upper end of the first side surface is defined as a first upper radius of curvature. The radius of curvature measured at the center of the second side surface, the upper end of the second side surface, and the upper center between the center and the upper end of the second side surface is defined as a second upper radius of curvature. The difference between the first upper radius of curvature and the second upper radius of curvature is 30 µm or less.
