Abstract: Provided in the present disclosure are a display adjustment method, a display adjustment module and a display apparatus. The display adjustment method comprises: when pixel circuits in a first predetermined display area are in a hold phase and pixel circuits in a second predetermined display area are in a refresh phase, controlling, during at least two frames of display time among adjacent M frames of display time and at the boundary of the adjacent display areas, the positions of pixel circuits that start to work to be different; and/or, when the pixel circuits in the first predetermined display area are in a refresh phase and the pixel circuits in the second predetermined display area are in a hold phase, controlling, during at least two frames of display time among the adjacent M frames of display time and at the boundary of the adjacent display areas, the positions of pixel circuits that start to stop working to be different, wherein M is a positive integer, and M is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 5. The present disclosure can ameliorate defects in display performance.
