The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: A system that includes a computer-implemented system for neurological assessment with an embedded edge processing device is disclosed. Using a single video feed from any consumer grade camera, the autonomous reasoning agents can capture biomarker information from facial expression, eye movement, speech, gait and hand movement. A Disease-Conditioned Evidence Negotiation module is proposed that is able to update agent's confidence scores based on exchanged evidence in a single bounded communication turn. The disease-specific contribution weights are calculated by an Adaptive Agent Arbitration module which suppresses clinically irrelevant agents. An off-device Disease Reasoning module creates a ranked differential diagnosis with a complete evidence trace, without sending raw video to the cloud. It is robust when dealing with missing modalities, and it can be implemented for telemedicine and remote neurological screening, with a low-cost embedded device like the NVIDIA Jetson Nano module.
