Abstract: The present invention relates to a discrete AI-powered earpiece system for real-time social anxiety intervention during live conversations. The system integrates directional microphones, bone conduction transducers, biometric sensors, an AI processing module, memory, and wireless communication capabilities within a compact wearable housing. The device continuously monitors physiological indicators, including heart rate, skin conductance, temperature, and motion, while simultaneously analyzing conversational dynamics to detect anxiety, hesitation, and social discomfort. Upon identifying stress-related patterns, the AI engine generates personalized, context-aware prompts, such as conversation suggestions, confidence-building cues, and social interaction guidance, delivered privately through bone conduction audio. The system employs adaptive machine learning to personalize interventions over time while preserving user privacy through encrypted on-device processing. A companion application enables progress tracking, skill development, and configurable assistance, thereby improving social confidence and communication effectiveness.
